...the world classification of teams places Spain as No.1 with more points before the Cup!

...Germany is placed as No.2...! And No.6 is Uruguay or No.7 Argentina...!

You would think that the World Cup champ would come out of the top six...!


I wonder if Germany and Europe are going to get caught up in too many out of places, and South American and Latino countries in too many short passes...!

Anyway, we all have favorite players and teams...!

AND FOOTBALL / SOCCER does not do the BASEBALL BEST PLAYERS COMPETITION LIKE COULD BE OF EUROPE VS REST OF THE WORLD CUP...!

SO FOLKS BELIEVE ME, in the Baseball World Cup, the American League vs. the National League, the best players do play, as in BASKETBALL, and the games are top BEST GAMES...!

I HAVE SEEN BORING, soccer/football games, ping ponging the ball for 90 minutes...!

And then the interesting final end to penalties...! And how a shot is missed when I could not miss it, and I am not a trained player, is astounding !

But for too many games to end to penalties, it means, or the two teams are some-what really good, or really not that good !
